He quickly sent a quote, detailing the work, and answered all my questions.The work started on time and needed to be completed without gaps, as it was inconvenient to many of my neighbours. The men working were pleasant and worked consistantly all day. Joe inspected the work as it was done. I now have a beautiful, complicated wall. Far better than I imagined. The project was not without unexpected problems but Joe and his team were excellent at reacting to those issues, implementing repairs and minimising delays.
Overall we have been impressed by the work that’s been done, and are thankful for how responsive Joe has been pretty much 24/7.
My constructive feedback would be that some very minor details that were important to us required a certain level of management. Example being some tiling was originally done to a standard that we were not satisfied with, but upon learning this, Joe was incredibly accommodating and sent someone to correct the errors next day.
Overall very satisfied! Having a constant and open line of communication was key. Kitchen looks gorgeous.
