The project was not without unexpected problems but Joe and his team were excellent at reacting to those issues, implementing repairs and minimising delays.
Overall we have been impressed by the work that’s been done, and are thankful for how responsive Joe has been pretty much 24/7.
My constructive feedback would be that some very minor details that were important to us required a certain level of management. Example being some tiling was originally done to a standard that we were not satisfied with, but upon learning this, Joe was incredibly accommodating and sent someone to correct the errors next day.
Overall very satisfied! Having a constant and open line of communication was key. Kitchen looks gorgeous.
